    About Me

    With a dynamic career spanning over two decades, I have cultivated a robust skill set in real estate, sales, marketing, recruiting, training and business development. Currently, I am a full-time Real Estate Agent with the honor and privilege of working alongside many other awesome Agents in the Dayton, OH area.

    Prior to this, I was a Franchise Owner/Publisher at N2 Publishing. In this role I published a custom magazine and facilitated exclusive social events, helping local businesses reach an affluent demographic.

    In earlier roles, I helped local business owners grow through strategic sales, marketing and recruiting/retention initiatives with my company Small Business Resource Group, LLC. I also honed my skills as a Business Development Manager at Robert Half’s Office Team Division, was a Flight Attendant and Training and Development Specialist at PSA Airlines and even an Account Manager at Cox Radio and Entertainment Publications. But my journey ultimately began as an Area Marketing Manager at McDonald’s Corporation, where I maximized the profitability of numerous corporate and franchise locations through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
